TFC: 2018 Wood Badge

Event Details

What is Wood Badge?
Wood Badge is the premier adult training program of the Boy Scouts of America. It teaches contemporary leadership and team development skills in an outdoor setting. Its purpose is to aid Scouters in providing a quality program that will enable Scouts to grow to their greatest potential. The course encompasses key concepts of management skills, from leaders in the management field; therefore, this course can be helpful not only in your Scouting job, but also in your career, personal and religious life.

In 2018, Three Fires Council has been selected to be a Centennial Wood Badge Pilot Course.  We will present a brand new curriculum including the latest in leadership and management programs.  One of the immediate changes from past courses is eliminating one day from the course, the Friday program on Weekend Two. More information on the new syllabus will be sent to registered participants prior to the course.
