2016 OA Fall Fellowship – Sept 9-11

The Order of the Arrow Fall Fellowship will be held at Camp Big Timber on Sept. 9-11, 2016.

The Order of the Arrow Fall Fellowship will be held on September 9-11, 2016. Join us for FUN & fellowship at our NEW LOCATION at Camp Big Timber, 37W955 Big Timber Rd, Elgin, IL. Fall Fellowship weekend is an opportunity for both newly selected and current members of the Order of the Arrow to conduct service at our camp, share in fellowship, and learn more about what it is to be an Arrowman. It is an opportunity for Arrowmen to gather together and celebrate the past year in the lodge, learn more about how you can serve Scouting and the Order of the Arrow, have some fun, and elect new Lodge and Chapter Officers for next year. Member Fellowship Weekend Fee is $30. Location : Camp Big Timber, 37W955 Big Timber Rd, Elgin, IL

NEWLY ELECTED ORDEAL CANDIDATES: This is your last opportunity to complete your ordeal and join our Lodge this year.

BROTHERHOOD CONVERSIONS: Ordeal Members: After you have been a member of the Order of the Arrow for at least 10 months (you did your Ordeal in or before 2015), you may seal your membership in the OA by doing your Brotherhood Conversion at this Fellowship. Cost is $20 (in addition to the Fellowship Weekend fee). Note: You must also be current on your 2016 Lodge Dues.

OA Member Fellowship Fee: Early Bird Rate = $20 if paid on or by Friday, August 26th / $30 on or after Sat. Aug 27th - Includes the Fellowship Weekend & Event Patch
Ordeal Candidate Fellowship Fee: Early Bird Rate = $60 if paid by Friday, August 26th / $70 on or after Sat. Aug 27th - Includes the Fellowship Weekend, OA Sash, OA Handbook, Lodge Flap, Event Patch & your 2016 OA Dues
Brotherhood Conversions: = $40 if paid Friday, August 26th / $50 on or after Sat. Aug 27th - Includes the Fellowship Weekend ($20-EB/$30), Brotherhood Conversion Fee ($20), Brotherhood Sash & Event Patch
2016 OA Lodge Dues = $20 - For members who have not already paid their 2016 dues.
2017 OA Lodge Dues = $20 – For members who want to pay ahead.
Guest Registration fee = Early Bird Rate = $20 if paid on or by Friday, August 26th / $30 on or after Sat. Aug 27th – For those folks who are non-OA members wishing to attend.
