This gathering brings together Council, District, and Unit leaders who believe in building something stronger, more inclusive, and more impactful for the next generation.

Our shared focus is membership growth—not just numbers, but reach, relevance, and opportunity. Every role in Scouting influences who finds their way into the program, how they experience it, and why they stay. When more young people are welcomed into Scouting, every part of our movement grows stronger.
