2026 TFC Membership Summit

You are invited to join the Council Membership Committee at the 2026 TFC Membership Summit.

When: Monday, June 1st

Where: First Presbyterian Church of Wheaton (715 N Carlton Ave, Wheaton, IL 60187)

Who: New Member Coordinators, Unit Key Leadership, any volunteer with a passion for membership

The TFC Membership Committee is focused on three key areas to help drive growth in youth membership and create a sustainable level of retention in our programs. This meeting will include discuss on our recruitment plans for this year and an opportunity to join a committee breakout in one of our three focus areas. You'll have the chance to provide valuable feedback and help shape the future of membership in our Council.

If you are interested in one of these areas, please consider joining us on June 1st!:

• New Units
  • Work to develop a whole-of-council approach to starting new units
• Retention/Program
  • Develop unit support systems to ensure strong leadership and strong units
• Recruitment Planning/Volunteer Engagement
  • Develop a plan and ideas to recruit additional volunteers for the membership committee, with possible membership champions from units that are willing to collaborate with unit-level peers to improve their results
