Camp Pupukea will be offering 3 weeks of summer long-term camp.  

Session 1:  Sunday, July 5 - Saturday, July  11, 2026 

Session 2:  Sunday, July 12 - July 18, 2026 

Session 3:  Sunday, July 19 - July 25, 2026 

Cost:

In council scouts:   

• Early bird rates: $400 per scout ($50 non-refundable deposit due at time of registration)
  • Early bird rate effective September 15 - December 31, 2025.
  • $100 per scout due by January 15, 2026.
  • Balance ($250 per scout) due by March 15, 2026.  If balance not received, price will inrease to regular fee of $450.
  • If balance not paid by April 15, price will increase to late fee of $475
• Regular rates:  $450 per scout ($50 non-refundable deposit due at time of registration)
  • Regular rate effective January 1 - April 15, 2026.
  • $100 per scout due by February 15, 2026.
  • Balance ($300 per scout) due by April 15, 2026.  If balance not received, price will increase to late fee of $475.

In council registered adult leaders with the troops:  free

All troops will be doing troop-cook, no food service provided.  The minimum number each troop must register is 2 scouts and 2 registered adult leaders.  No provisional scouts accepted by Camp Pupukea.  Units have the option to host provisional scouts.  Arrangements for provisional scouts is done between the family and unit directly.

Campsites to be assigned based on your final registration numbers.

Out of council scouts:

• Regular rates:  $550 per scout ($50 non-refundable deposit due at time of registration)
  • Regular rate effective January 1 - April 15, 2026.
  • $100 (per scout) due by February 15, 2026.
  • Balance due by April 15, 2026.  If balance not received, price will increase to late fee of $575.

Out of council registered adult leaders with the troops:  2 free leaders for every 5 scouts registered to attend summer camp..  Additional adult leaders are $300 each during early bird rate, $350 during regular rate and $375 during late rate.  All troops will be doing troop-cook, no food service provided.  Each out of council troop will be provided wall tents with cots, canopy, a patrol box, cookware, water cooler, food cooler and stove.

Deposit Policy: A per-Scout and out-of-council adult deposit will be due at registration. Deposits are not transferable to cover another scout or adult, except in the case of a one-for-one new scout or adult replacement. This ensures funding is secured in advance and prevents last-minute cancellations from undermining the program.

Summer Camp 2026 Refund Policy:

In preparation for Long-Term Summer Camp 2026 preparation at Aloha Council, Scouting America property, Camp Pupukea, a great deal of planning and purchasing takes place well in advance. These plans include, but are not limited to staff, recognitions and awards, rental and purchase of equipment and program materials.

When a unit makes a reservation for long-term camp, these items are included in ordering materials and staffing.

Refunds: Individuals that cancel attendance to Long-Term Summer Camp 2026 by April 15, 2026, may receive a refund of fees paid less the non-refundable deposit and a 15% administrative charge.  Any requests for refunds after April 15, 2026 are on a case-by-case basis.  No refunds will be issued after May 31.

Considerations for refunds: Military Service, family death, major medical, or other extenuating circumstances on a per case basis.

The refund will be applied to the original form of payment listed under the registration profile.  

All cancellations must be submitted via email to camping104@scouting.org and will be reviewed by the Scout Executive.
