Event Details

For all Cub Scouts ages 7-10. Tiger Cubs are welcome with adult partner for this event. Participation is limited to registered Cub Scouts, Friends and Den Chiefs.  There are only 400 registration spots per each day, so register soon!

WHEN: December 28-29 both dates open to ALL Districts

COST: $15 per participant (Adult, Cub Scout, Non-Scout Youth)

As a friendly reminder:

ADULT REQUIREMENTS:

B.S.A. National Health and Safety Standards require a minimum of two adults be present and participating for the first ten Cub Scouts attending. One additional adult is required for every five additional Cub Scouts attending.

WHAT TO BRING:

Headgear will be required to participate in some of the activities. Please come prepared!

Brown bag lunches to eat on the way home after leaving.

Reminder: It will be rainy, muddy, and cold! Please plan accordingly.

Be prepared for a lot of FUN in wet and muddy conditions.

Please bring a jacket. An umbrella is optional but is a good idea.

Adults, you can bring camp chairs to have a place to sit as you rotate through the various stations.

All Scouts and adults are required to wear closed toed shoes. Please check alohacouncilbsa.org for additional items you might want to bring. All Packs must check-in at the Registration Station upon arrival.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

We will be parking in the main parking lot at LEILEHUA HIGH SCHOOL.

WE WILL NOT BE PARKING ON WHEELER OR SCHOFIELD!!!!

Check in will still begin at 6:00am and the first set of busses will depart Leilehua High School Parking lot at 6:30am. Our LAST busses will leave at 7:00am so that we may begin our program on time.

Please bring your waiver forms and medical forms. We will be bussing EVERYONE to the event location. (Under attachments on the right hand side)

For Head Gear – A Bike Helmet is good to use. 

Parents you are more than welcome to participate in the various stations there.

We will have busses that will shuttle you from the parking lot to East Range! Theses busses will bring you back at 12:00 noon.
