2025 Aloha Council Fall Camporee: "National Parks NO KA ‘OI"

Calling all Scouts! Pack your gear, grab your maps, and get ready to Explore America’s National Parks during our exciting National Parks-themed Camporee at beautiful Camp Pupukea, perched above the legendary North Shore of Oahu.

Join fellow Aloha Council troops for a weekend of adventure, exploration, and friendly competition inspired by the iconic landscapes, wildlife, and legends of the U.S. National Park System. From the geysers of Yellowstone to the canyons of Zion, the spirit of the great outdoors will come alive through themed activities, challenges, and team-building fun.

What's in Store:

From soaring peaks to ancient canyons, each of our Camporee stations is themed around the challenges and skills that National Park explorers face every day. Patrols will rotate through engaging outdoor stations that test your survival skills, leadership, and Scout know-how:

Blaze your own trail with wilderness navigation and map skills

Signal your team across the "backcountry" with classic communication tools

Rise to the challenge with Scoutcraft competitions in fire building, knots, and lashings

Respond like a rescue ranger in a hands-on first aid scenario

Prove your park knowledge with a high-energy National Parks trivia challenge

Each patrol will earn points based on teamwork, Scout spirit, and skill, so bring your best energy and cooperation!

Saturday Night Highlights:

Iron Chef: Camp Edition – Patrols will bring their culinary A-game to a wild outdoor cook-off judged on taste, creativity, and presentation.

Campfire Program – Close the night with skits, songs, and Scout-led stories under the stars—just like they do in the heart of every great park.

Whether you're a seasoned trekker or a first-time camper, this Camporee is your chance to earn bragging rights, build leadership skills, and deepen your love for the outdoors — all while celebrating the wild and wondrous legacy of our National Parks.
