Who Can Attend

• Open to Cub Scouts entering Grades 1 through 5 in Fall 2026
• Parent or guardian attendance is required for every Scout
• Scouts attend camp alongside their parent or guardian for all activities

This is a hands-on, family-style Cub Scout camp where adults and Scouts experience the adventure together.

• BB gun shooting
• Archery

All fees must be paid on time to hold your campsite.Units or families may lose their place if payments are not received by required deadlines.

Camp Scholarships

A limited number of camp scholarships are available for Aloha Council Scouts based on financial need.

• Scholarships may cover up to 50% of camp fees
• Requests must be submitted through the Council Camping Department

Cancellations & Refunds

Any unit or individual Scout canceling prior to June 1 may be eligible for a refund minus a $25 camp readiness fee per Scout and/or Adult.

After June 1, no refunds will be issued until after the end of the camping season.Refunds are reviewed by the Council Camping Department and may be approved for illness, death,or military orders such as PCS.

Refund amounts are based on refundable costs and exclude food, supplies, and other incurred expenses.
