Calling All Cub Scout Leaders! We have an exciting opportunity for you to learn more about the Program and position at our upcoming training. We will be offering:
Cub Scout Leader Position-Specific Training, which is designed to provide new Cub Scout leaders with the basic information you need to successfully carry out the duties of your position.
This training course brings together all of the basics of Cub Scout leadership into one course with separate mini-modules to deal with position-specific topics (den leader, Cubmaster, and pack committee and chair).
This is also a great opportunity for you as leaders to get your questions answered by experienced trainers and to meet leaders from other units during a shared experience.
There will be Fun delivered with enthusiasm!!!
Adult participants only, no children
COST: $5 (files/training material)
Minimum # of participants: 5
Maximum # of participants: 30
Prerequisite: current Youth Protection Training
Requred forms: Annual Health and Medical Record Part A & B (see below), Scouter Code of Conduct (see below)
Dress code: Scout uniform or Unit t-shirt
After this course, you will be considered "trained" for your position, and can wear the TRAINED patch on your uniform.
