Online College of Commissioner Science (2025)

Online Aloha Council College of Commissioner Science
Registration is $50. Online resources, access to course via Google classroom, diploma, patch and Pacific College of Commissioner Science Neckerchief. Patch, Diploma and Neckerchief will be mailed or available for pickup upon completion of the Course.
Upon completing your registration, an instructor for the course will email you the link and invite via online Google Classroom.

Bachelor Degree of Commissioner Science
Prerequisites
1. Copy of Current registration as a Commissioner https://my.scouting.org/

3. Complete Commissioner Orientation if new to Commissioner Service. https://www.scouting.org/commissioners/training/basic-training/

Requirement: Completion of a minimum of seven courses of instruction being offered.
Performance: Approved by the District Commissioner, District Executive, and faculty headed by the Dean of the School of Bachelor of Science.
Master's Degree of Commissioner Science
Prerequisite: Bachelor of Commissioner Science Degree; Currently a Registered Commissioner, earned the Commissioner Arrowhead Honor.
Requirement: Completion of seven additional courses of instruction (total of 14).
Performance: Approved by the District Commissioner, District Executive and the Dean of the Master’s program.
Doctor of Commissioner Science
Prerequisite: Master of Commissioner Science Degree; Currently a registered commissioner, have been awarded the Commissioner’s Key
Requirement: Completion of ten additional courses of instruction (total 24). At least five of the courses must be at the Doctor’s program level. Completion of a thesis or research project on any topic that is of value to Scouting in the Aloha Council. The Dean of the College, Dean of the Doctor’s program and the Staff Advisor must approve topic and final paper.
Performance: Serve on the College of Commissioner Science faculty as an instructor or a support staff member for at least one year. Approved by the Dean of the College, the Council Commissioner and the Council Executive.
