2020 Oahu Cub Scout Day Camp Session 2

Are you ready for another amazing day camp?

Day camp is for boys and girls who will be entering the 1st through 5th grades in the fall.

Date:  Saturday, June 13, 2020 from 8:30am to 3:30pm

Location:  Kailua High School, 451 Ulumanu Dr., Kailua 96734

Your $35 registration fee includes a custom designed patch, lots of special activities, and FUN!

Plans for normal Day Camp operations are in effect and we look forward to welcoming all our Cub Scout families this summer.  We are currently operating under the anticipation that travel restrictions and other COVID-19 related concerns will be lifted before the start of Day Camp season.  We understand this can change and will continue to monitor the situation as we get closer to camp - we will follow the direction and guidelines put forth by CDC, Department of Health, and our state and county officials.

Day Camp Refund Policies for COVID-19

Payment deadlines remain in place and are vital to providing a safe and enjoyable Day Camp experience.

We want to help you plan and minimize your risk.  Should a person register for a Day Camp and later elect not to attend because of COVID-19 related concerns we will provide a credit for the 2021 season.  2020 fees will be honored in 2021 and will not incur any increase in fees. 

If a scheduled Day Camp is postponed or cancelled because (a) the location remains or becomes unavailable because of State of Hawaii or Department of Education policies, or (b) state or county officials continue to ask us to reduce or not host larger gatherings, affected participants can (1) transfer their registration to another Day Camp location, (2) receive a credit for a rescheduled Day Camp (or for the 2021 season), or (3) receive a refund.

Should a participant become ill prior to Day Camp, we will provide a refund for the participant and any participating family members, if applicable.  The participant and participating family members will not be allowed to attend.

Refund requests will only be considered if submitted via regular mail or sent via email to camping104@scouting.org.
