Aloha! Get ready for the 2020 Section W-6P Conclave! Conclave is an annual gathering for all Order of the Arrow members from our section; bringing together Scouts and Scouters from Achpateuny Lodge of the Far East Council and Na Mokupuni O Lawelawe Lodge of the Aloha Council. Unfortunately, we are unable to physically gather due to safety concerns and restrictions regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we are still able to strengthen our bonds of brotherhood in the Order with an all-online Conclave program!

This year's Conclave theme is "The Origins". We will explore the foundational principles held by the Order of the Arrow. These values are especially important to remember as we navigate these uncertain times. Conclave will include entertaining shows, engaging training, and fun activities! Also attending our Conclave will be the 2020 National Vice Chief Noah Smith. You won't want to miss this opportunity to interact with a national officer! Noah will be answering questions along with Section Chief Surya Sriram during Conclave’s "Meet the Men" session. You can submit questions for the "Meet the Men" Session via Google Forms here. 

Conclave will be a one-day, all-online event taking place on September 19, 2020, 1 PM in Hawai‘i and September 20, 2020 , 8 AM in Asia. All Arrowmen must register no later than September 12, 2020 (HST) by clicking the Register button (in the upper right section of this page). The registration fee of $15 includes access to the online Conclave program and one (1) participant patch.

At Conclave, an election will be held to elect the Section Chief, Section Vice Chief, and Section Secretary. In order to run for office, Arrowmen will need a document from their respective Scout Executive approving them to run for the position(s) they would like to run for. The Scout Executive's approval letter will need to be submitted to the Section Adviser Mr. Wes Ishizu (wishizu@gmail.com) prior to the Conclave election in order to run for an office. Arrowmen interested in running will need to be under the age of 21 during their entire term in office. Those elected will represent all Arrowmen in Section W-6P and have special opportunities for section-officer-specific training.
