Merit Badge University will be offered August 10th at Richmond Hill Presbyterian Church. Check-in will begin at 10am followed by opening at 10:15am. Classes will start at 10:30am and run through 8pm. Lunch will be provided at 1:30pm with a snack at 5pm. Please bring a water bottle. We need leaders or registered parents to provide two deep leadership. If you are interested, please contact Elizabeth Anderton at evotta101@gmail.com. Scouts are able to sign up for 1-3 merit badges for the same price. Scouts are not required to stay the entire time if they do not have class. If they do stay, there is a room for them to relax in so as not to disrupt the other sessions or the alligators outside.

Pre-Requisites:

Soil and Water Conservation: Complete requirements 1, 2, and 3. These must be written and brought to MBU.

Eprep: Must have completed First Aid. Complete 8b and bring to class. Post Class: Complete 2c.

Search and Rescue: Minimum age 13 years old. Come ready to discuss #10.

Nuclear Science: Minimum age 13 years old

American Heritage: Complete requirement #3c. Must be written and brough to MBU.

Citizenship in the World: Complete requirements 3a and 3b. These must be written and brough to MBU.

Geocaching: No prerequsites.

Public Speaking: Complete requirements 2 and 4. Review #5.

First Aid: Complete and bring to class 5a. Post-Req: 5b.

Radio: Minimum age 13 years old. Come ready to discuss #8.

Geoaching: No pre requirements.

Nature: Complete requirement 4 and bring to class.
