TICKET OPTIONS

Two ticket options will be available:

$30.00 Game/Sleepover Ticket:

Includes (1) Lower Reserved Ticket, (1) Meal Deal Ticket, (1) Tarpons Hat, (1) Commemorative Scout Patch, sleepover on the field

$25.00 Game Ticket (No Sleepover):

Includes (1) Upper Reserved Ticket, (1) Meal Deal Ticket, (1) Tarpons Hat, (1) Commemorative Scout Patch

** $5 from each ticket sold will support the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council

SLEEPOVER

For those who select the ticket option which includes the sleepover, this will be camping out in the outfield after the game. We will also be showing a movie on the video board. Participants will bring their camping equipment with them to the game early and drop it off in a designated area before the game and retrieve when the game is concluded. Details on what can and cannot be brought will be included later.

FIRST PITCH

The overall fastest scout car during the Fort Brooke District Pinewood Derby Race will have the opportunity to throw the first pitch at this game. First, second and third place winners from Fort Brooke packs are eligible to race. Registration will be live soo for the district race.

PINEWOOD DERBY RACE

We will be having a Pinewood Derby race during the game. This will be open to all cub scouts who want to submit their car to race (regardless of if they won a unit or district race). The specific rules are listed in the itinerary attachment. This race will be tournament style and not done by age/den. The overall fastest car will be the winner.

ACTIVITY TABLES

We will have a variety of activity tables at the event for scouts to see and try. A passport will be handed out to each interested scout to visit each table and then pick up their patch.

VOLUNTEERS

We will need volunteers to help make this event a reality and to run some of the activity tables. If you are interested in signing up as a volunteer, please fill out the registration and mark your interest in helping. Volunteers will still be required to purchase a ticket to the event.
