Get ready for a day of adventure, learning, and hands-on fun at Cub Skills Day on July 11th from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM at Camp Soule!

Cub Scouts will have the chance to test their skills and discover new talents through exciting activities in Range & Target Sports, Aquatics, STEM, and classic Cub Scout skills like cooking, knot tying, and more. Whether they’re aiming for the target, making a splash, building cool STEM projects, or learning outdoor skills, Scouts will enjoy a full day packed with adventure, teamwork, and Scouting fun. Come ready to learn, explore, and make memories at Camp Soule!

Check out details on each activity below:

Targets Sports - make sure to sign up for a time slot for Archery and/or BB Guns. Each time slot is for ONE discipline at a time. 

Pool - make sure to sign up for a time at the pool to ensure we have proper supervision. Swim tests will be held for those who need it or for adults who want to go boating with their kids.

Boating - this requires either a swim tested adult with kids or kids by themselves who are all swim tested. No time slot needed to participate but you MUST be swim tested as explained above.

Cooking - limited spots are available for practice cooking sessions. Taste-testing of camp recipes will begin at 11:30am.

STEM/Scout Skills - other activities will occur throughout the day around camp. No sign-up needed.
