EDGE Training Workshop

Course runs from:  8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Where: Camp Soule

Who should come? 

Participants should include:  Roundtable staff, Unit trainers – Pack, Troop, Varsity and Venture/Venturing trainers, District and Council trainers, NYLT & Wood Badge staff (required!), Order of the Arrow trainers, Cub Scout and Boy Scout Trainers, Commissioners, and all Scouters interested in improving their training & presentation skills!

Pre-Course Preparation

Prepare a 10 minute presentation on a topic from any BSA material and be prepared to present this during the course.   Bring ALL needed materials and equipment.  Your presentation should allow you to demonstrate the skills of a trainer. You will receive constructive feedback on your presentation from other participants. This is an essential part of the course.    

Uniform:  Boy Scout Field Uniform if you have one and a great attitude!

Cost: FREE; Bring your own lunch and water bottle.
