EDGE Training Workshop

Time:  9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Please check in by 8:45 AM)

Who should come?  Participants should include:  Roundtable staff, Unit trainers – Pack, Troop, Varsity and Venture/Venturing trainers, District and Council trainers, NYLT & Wood Badge staff (required!), Order of the Arrow trainers, Cub Scout and Boy Scout Trainers, Commissioners, and all Scouters interested in improving their training & presentation skills!

Pre-Course Preparation

Prepare a 10 minute presentation on a topic from any BSA material and be prepared to present this during the course.   Bring ALL needed materials and equipment.  Your presentation should allow you to demonstrate the skills of a trainer. You will receive constructive feedback on your presentation from other participants. This is an essential part of the course.    

Uniform:  Boy Scout Field Uniform OR Activity Uniform

Remember.....BE PREPARED.  It's not just the Scout Motto, but an excellent way to ensure a smooth registration at scouting training!  Please pre-register!

Lunch: Please bring your own lunch. There will be a 1 hour lunch break. There are places close to Soule you can go grab food from
