How Your Support Helps:

The GTBAC supports weekly activities for more than 30,000 youth and 6,000 adult volunteers. We provide ongoing training for more than 6,000 adult leaders so they can provide a safe, enjoyable program for youth.

Our Council serves youth in nine counties in central Florida- Citrus, Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Sumter. We operate and maintain camping facilities for our Scouts and families to use year round.

The GTBAC provides the opportunity of Scouting to those youth who need financial assistance. We help with registration, books, uniforms, program materials, camp scholarships, and programs. The cost of the programs to parents are offset by raising additional funds through special events such as this one.

We communicate with parents and leaders through mailings, publications, flyers, our website and electronic newsletters.

As a Council, we work to increase new Scouting programs for our youth through churches, schools, and civic clubs.

Benefits your company will receive for sponsoring include:

• Recognition as an event sponsor in the program distributed to all attendees.

• A team or teams of four shooters of your choosing to participate in the 74 shot Sporting Clays event.

• Lunch and refreshments during the day.

• A chance for each member of your team to win one of the prizes that have been donated for the event. Shooters must be present to win. There will also be a silent auction.

• Ammunition (12ga or 20ga) for all of the events and a gift. Safety gear will be provided for those who do not have their own gear.

• Recognition and "bragging rights" for the top scoring teams.

• Drawing opportunities for wonderful one-of-a-kind prizes.
