Sand Hill Scout Reservation OA Spring Conclave

Complete your Ordeal, seal your membership in the Brotherhood (after 6 full months as Ordeal member,Ordeal done no later than previous March); Make Nominations for Vigil,  Help with camp service, Have fun getting to know your OA brothers.

Any registrations received after 12:00 am on the Sunday before the event will have a $10 late fee added.

Please bring current printed copy of your BSA Health forms, A+B required, C if special accommodations are needed. No electronic forms will be accepted

 Current YPT date is required for registration for those 18 and older.  Please click on Registrants at right and read "Lodge YPT Guidance" for important information.

OA dues must be current to attend this weekend, please pay dues prior to registration. Go to OA Dues for dues payment.

Please be aware that all members who are 18 and older at or during the event must renew their Youth Protection Training available at my.scouting.org.  A link to the  training is available within the registration.  Current YPT date is required for registration.  

Everyone must have a paper copy of their current BSA Physical form A & B.  Part C is only required if you have an ongoing medical condition that must be monitored.  No electronic copies are accepted.

Please enter each registrant's current, local BSA ID #.  Zeroes, blanks or someone else's number results in recording errors for attendee list.
