Please Note:

On-time registration ends Sunday, November 15 at midnight.  

Late fee: $10 added after Sunday midnight, November 15

Registrations made after the on-time deadline will have a late fee added.  Walk-up registrations are accepted but will include the late fee.

Brotherhood is now being offered at the NT Chapter Weekend.

If you can serve as an Elangomat or kitchen staff, pre-approval is required. Contact Chapter Adviser (genemccolgan@gmail.com) for password before registering.

  Please register in advance!  If you purchased a 2026 Arrowpass and chose this event as your Chapter event choice, you are automatically registered and do not need to do anything more.  If you are not able to attend, please email Netopalis Tachquiwi Chapter to let us know.

18 and over- Safeguarding Youth Training completion date REQUIRED to complete your registrations!

All Participants must bring a current BSA Medical form (Annual Health and Medical Record ). Only printed forms are accepted, no emailed forms, please. Form must include copy of front and back of current health insurance card, if applicable.
