3rd Annual Fort Brooke Cub Fest
Get ready for an exciting day including activities like BB Guns, Drone Demonstrations, Leatherworking, building and way more!
Please note the following instructions:
1. All accommodations are being made for protection against COVID-19. Masks are required for all participants and staff, so please bring yours with you.
2. We have a limit of participants that can attend. Each Cub Scout can bring 1 adult partner for free, additional adults are $5 each to attend. Siblings are welcome to attend but must register for $13.
3. Day of registration will be allowed as space permits. Stay up to date with registration numbers on Facebook @ Fort Brooke District BSA.
4. For your comfort, bring a chair for each adult. Social distancing will be enforced.
5. Please read, complete and bring printed copies of the attached documents with you for all participants. Parts A & B only are needed for health form.

6. Temperature and oximeter readings will be taken before you can exit your car, so plan on arriving early so that you can start activities right at 9am.
7. Bag lunches will be available in advance for $4. Lunch includes a Turkey sandwich, apple, cookie and bottle of water. Lunches will be delivered to activity stations at 12:30 pm (If you have food allergies or diet restrictions, please provide your own lunch.
UPDATE: Lunches are no longer being sold online. You may pack your own lunch & snacks.
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
Council event attendees, including participants and staff, are required to comply with the Council's current COVID protocols. Failure to do so will result in removal from Council properties and/or events and forfeiture of event registration fees.
All participants must submit a pre-medical event checklist and waiver upon entry, All participants will be health screened upon entry.
All Participants must bring a current BSA Medical form (download here).
The Greater Tampa Bay Area Council is committed to offer our Scouts fun and quality programs in a safe manner. We are adhering to the CDC and ACA (American Camp Association) guidelines as well as working closely with local Health Departments to provide a layered mitigation COVID strategy. Our COVID mitigation strategies are being overseen by the Council Health Supervisor, a board-certified pediatrician. In the case of a positive COVID result among participants at an event, GTBAC will follow the guidance of the local Health Department, which may include cancellation or closure of the event or facility.
