Suncoast - Membership Training

No Registration Needed
As we look ahead to the fall, we are preparing for what is truly our “Super Bowl” of Scouting—our largest and most important opportunity to invite new families into the program.
To set ourselves up for success, we are hosting a Cub Scout Recruitment Training (“Spring Training”):
Date: May 6th
Time: 7:00 – 9:00 PM
Location: To be announced soon (central Pasco County)
Why This Training Matters
Just like any great team prepares before the season, this session is about building the plan, sharpening our skills, and getting aligned so we can deliver a strong, coordinated recruitment effort this fall.
The more prepared we are now, the more successful our units will be in welcoming new Scouts and families.
Our Goal
We would like every Pack represented, and ideally multiple leaders from each unit.
The more people who attend, the stronger your team’s ability to execute—and the greater your success this fall.
What We’ll Cover
Building your Fall Recruitment Plan
How to secure and partner with schools effectively
Delivering high-impact Scout Talks

Be Prepared
Like everything in Scouting, “Be Prepared” is more than a motto—it’s how we succeed.

Motivational Close
The impact we make this fall will shape the future of Scouting in our communities. Every new Scout represents a life changed, confidence built, leadership developed, and values instilled that last a lifetime.
Success doesn’t happen by chance, it happens because leaders like you choose to prepare, show up, and lead with purpose.
Let’s commit together to making this fall our strongest yet. Let’s open the door wider than ever before for new families to experience the adventure, belonging, and growth that Scouting provides.
It starts now. It starts with preparation. And it starts with us.
