All registration for The Spring Conclave 2020 has been suspended;
due to the COVID-19 and the changes made to Camp's policy during this time.
There will be communication coming out from the lodge soon regarding
current registrations and any rescheduling or merging of future events for Tipisa.
 

Brothers,

The Ancient Greeks valued self-improvement very highly, as does the Order of the Arrow, and they always strove to be the best version of themselves.
Nowhere is this more demonstrated than in the Olympics, trials of strength, speed, and skill to honor the gods. In celebration of the modern version of the Olympics this summer,
Tipisa will be honoring the Ancient Greek roots of these timeless Olympic virtues as we strive to be the best Arrowmen we can be.

This event will include training seminars on Ceremonies, American Indian Activities, Inductions, and many others.
The rest of the day will consist of the quest for the golden laurels, a series of challenges to determine which chapter will earn the favor of the gods and be crowned champion of these ancient games.

Invite your members to this weekend of food, fun, and fellowship!
Additionally, invite any ordeal members who have completed their six months of membership to seal their brotherhood in our order (a $15 fee is applied for brotherhood to cover expenses such as a new sash.)

Registration Details:

Ontime Registration deadline: Monday, March 23th, 2020 (11:59pm). After this there is a $5.00 late fee. You can register online through Thursday, March 26th 2020 at 11:59pm.

Event Fee: $33.00 - includes Friday & Saturday cracker barrel, meals on Saturday, Sunday breakfast, & event program.

Tents: Bring your own tents, most tents at camp have been taken down for storage.

Brotherhood: $15.00 - You must be an Ordeal Member for 6 months or longer to be eligible. You must have completed your Ordeal prior to September 28, 2019. Contact inductions@tipisa.org with any questions.

Friday Night Grill Preorder: - Featuring the Tipisa Grill -  All Meals include: Sandwich, Chips and drink. You can purchase multiple items.
Grill Hours: The grill is open from 6:00pm to 8:30pm -
Note: Refunds on are not able to be given on the grill, after registration has closed for the event.
Tipisa Grill proceeds will support the 2020 NOAC contingent.  Hearty appetites welcomed!
