Welcome to the registration page for the Lodge Ordeal 2018 at Camp LaNoChe during the Tipisa Service Weekend.

Event Summary:

Date: May 18-20, 2018
Where: Camp LaNoChe - (click here for a map if needed) - you will be given a campsite assignment at registration.
Time: Registration is at the Dining Hall from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Please arrive on time.
Costs: $45.00 per candidate
Be sure to bring your completed & signed BSA Medical Form (Parts A & B) to check-in. (click here if you need the forms) Please do not bring the originals - copies only.
Please advise the chapter leadership (contact information below) of any medical concerns, including food allergies.
A new member orientation will be held Sunday at 9:00 am in the campsite for candidates and parents. The event will conclude after the orientation, at 10:00 am.
Registration closes Tuesday May 15 at midnight . Walk-Ins are welcome; if you plan on attending but cannot preregister, please contact the leadership named below.
Pre-Order Friday Night Lodge Grill: $5.00 meal - Meal to be determined - Something wonderful that the Lodge Grill will prepare just for you. - This is available Preorder Only through May 16 2018.

Candidate Information:

Congratulations on your election or nomination to the Order of the Arrow!
Your peers have recognized your unmatched commitment to the Scout Oath and Law, and have proposed you to the Order.
To become a member of Scouting's National Honor Society, you must first complete the Ordeal.
For Candidates the event cost is $45.00, which includes food for the weekend, your OA sash, one Tipisa Lodge flap, dues for 2018, your OA Handbook and one Tipisa Service Weekend 2018 Patch.
A need-based scholarship application is available - this is due by 5/7/18 (Click here for the Online Scholarship Application)
This application must be completed at least one week before the event. (For this event 5/7/18). This application is secure and is only sent to the Lodge Adviser.
Please arrive in work clothes, as the Ordeal includes various service projects to camp. Pack your standard camping gear, as well as your field uniform.
In a separate bag, pack your work gloves, sleeping bag, ground cloth, water bottle, rain gear, jacket, hat, and pocket knife.

Lodge Ordeal Staff Information:

Our Ordeal is approaching quickly. Assist us in making our most important event of the year successful, Welcoming our new members.
You can serve in many ways: as an Elangomat, Ceremonialist, assist with logistics or service, of fulfill one of many other duties. Your help is critical.
Lodge Ordeal Staff other than Elangomats should register with the lodge with the Tipisa Service Weekend 2018 Registration. Elangomats - Chose the Elangomat option under this registration.
Elangomat Fee: Lodge Covers the Fee for Your Service.  Please contact the Lodge Ordeal leadership if this is your intention so we can approve your registration - Thank you for your service to the Lodge and camp.
Your dues must be current to attend. You can pay them online at www.tipisa.org/membership
Registration Deadline: May 15 2018 at midnight.
