March 1st-3rd, 2024
Join Seminole District for a fun filled weekend of games, activities, and shooting sports. This is a free event open to all cub scouts, parents, and siblings. Additional adult guests are allowed if the are registered per BSA Cub Scout camping guidelines. Tentative schedule is as follows:
March 1st
- 5PM: Check-In opens. Please have your BSA medical form parts A, B, and B1 ready
- 10PM: Lights out
March 2nd
- 6 to 8 AM: Wakeup and Breakfast (on your own)
- 8 AM: Opening Flag ceremony and announcements
- 8:15 to 11:30 AM: Games and Activities
- 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM: Lunch and Family/Pack time (on your own)
- 1:00 - 1:30 PM: Head to main camp
- 1:30 - 4:30 PM Shooting Sports (Archery, BB guns, Sling shots)
- 4:30 - 5:00 PM: Head Back to Rybolt
- 5:00PM - 6:30: Dinner and Family/Pack time (On your own)
- 7:00 PM: Cracker Barrel (Provided by Seminole District)
- 8:00 - 9:00 PM: Campfire and s'mores
- 9:00 -10:00 PM: Family/Pack Time
- 10:00 PM Lights out
March 3rd
- 7:00 AM: Reveille
- 8:00 AM: Scouts Own and Closing Flag
- 8:30 Grab and Go Breakfast (Provided by District) and break camp
