KRAKEN BEAST: HALLOWEEN UNLEASHED

BEAST + HALLOWEEN = THE EVENT OF THE YEAR!
 

PROGRAM DETAILS:

Have a fun-filled weekend an experience during the day a range of events from Target Sports, Aquatics, Adventure Camp, Sporting Competitions, Fall Contests and more. Choose your own path and wonder throughout the day. Build your confidence in something new, or choose a program you already enjoy and learn to master it!

At night brace yourself as the Kraken Beast reveals themselves and camp takes on a much darker tone with evening Haunted Trails, Ghoulish Line Dancing, and creepy fun around every corner of camp. Not to mention evening contests that will include: The "Chopped" Dutch Oven Desserts (MUST use the secret ingredient given to you), Pumpkin Carving, Best Costume, and most Haunted Campsite.

UNIT CAMPSITE RESERVATION:

April 1st, Stake your claim and request a campsite, get in early with a Unit Reservation for a $70 non-refundable deposit. This allows your unit to finalize numbers, and collect all neccessary funds for you trip from now til Aug. 1st. All you will need is:

On Aug.1st, Scout/Adult registration opens per participant, and you can select your meal options and any Event Extras for the weekend.  You will need approximately how many youth/adults will be attending?

Bring your own tent and camping gear - upgraded campsites are available for an additional fee, more information availble when completing your Campsite Reservation. 

DATE:

October 2-4th, 2026

• Check-in occurs 5-8PM on Friday, October 2nd
• Welcome session held at 8:30PM on Friday, October 2nd
• Experience begins at 8:30AM on Saturday, October 3rd
• Experience concludes at 10:00AM on Sunday, October 4th 

REGISTRATION FEES:

• Youth: $62.00
• Adults: $62.00
• Provisonal (Individual Scouts/No 2-deep leadership): $72.00

(Participant registration goes live in Sept. 1st, must be paid in full by Oct. 1st)

MEALS: 

You may choose to purchase a meal plan during the registration process OR you may bring your own and cook in your campsite. Provisional Scouts (Provo) must purchase a meal plan as a requirement in order to attend (no exceptions)!

CAMP EVENT EXTRAS:

Our Camp Program Team has a full day of program planned for you. Composed of both BEAST & HALLOWEEN favorities that will keep you active all day. However if you are looking for added fun, excitement, or maybe some camp bling then check out these exclusive event opportunities while supplies last. These can be ordered when registering each indiviual Scout or Adult Leader.

• $12 - Pumpkin > for our Camp Carving Contest (or bring your own from home to enter)
• $20 - Event T-shirt (that GLOWS) >  MUST Pre-Order by September 11th - they will NOT be available in the Trading Post
• $5 - Extra Patches > For when 1 is not enough, order more

ONE BLOOD PARTNERSHIP:

Once Again Camp La-No-Che is partnering with ONEBLOOD. Did you know that one donation of blood will help THREE people in need?  Those who donate will receive a special FREE Halloween T-shirt and a $20 gift card. Those who are 17 and older may donate, those who are 16 years old can donate with parental permission (see attachments). Please bring your ID.

REFUNDS:
All deposits paid, either for campsite or participant are non-refundable deposits. To request a refund of other monies paid, you must submit a refund request form and meet the criteria listed in order to receive a potential refund. HEALTH & SAFETY:

The health and safety of our Scouting family will always be our top priority and Camp La-No-Che is prepared to provide a safe, fun environment for your Scouts. Our team has worked with multiple Council Committees to provide guidelines aimed at keeping everyone in attendance safe and healthy.
