Cub Scout Range & Target Sports Day
Get ready for a day packed with adventure, skill, and fun! Cub Scouts will have the opportunity to explore range and target sports, including:

• Archery – Learn to shoot with focus and precision.
• BB Guns – Build steady aim and practice safety while hitting the target.
• Slingshots – Test your skills with this classic and exciting activity.

Each Scout will get to participate in all activities that are appointed to their age/rank level and will earn their Adventure Loops for the related Cub Scout shooting sports adventures.
Lions may NOT participate in BB ranges, so an alternate activity will be provided.
But that’s not all! Scouts will also have a chance to earn their Race Time Adventures with the Raingutter Regatta. Bring your own custom-designed regatta boat, or let your creativity shine by building a recycled regatta boat on site. Cheer for your den, race with friends, and see who sails to victory!

This action-filled day is designed for fun, learning, and achievement while promoting teamwork, safety, and sportsmanship. Scouts will head home with new skills, completed adventures, and great memories of a day well spent on the range and the water.

As a reminder, CLOSED-TOED shoes are required!

Food and Drink will be available for purchase, CASH preferred.

*District and Council-run events are the ONLY events Cub Scouts can earn any Range and Target themed adventures! This will be the only chance this year that the district will be holding this event.
