ILST- Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST)

Lake District Senior ILST is a weekend training session geared toward senior troop leaders who have not yet attended NYLT.  This training helps senior leadership with meeting planning, troop leadership responsibilities, and material taught through troop level ILST.  This course is geared toward Senior Patrol Leaders, Asst. Senior Patrol Leaders, and Patrol Leaders, ranked Second Class and above.  

Cost of the course is $20 which covers the cost of meals.  There is no cost for the training sessions or materials.

Registration is limited to 20 Youth Participants in the Lake District.

The event will open up to all of the Districts two weeks before the course begins.
