The purpose of Trainer's EDGE is to provide and help develop the platform skills of a trainer.  It is meant to supplement the practice offered through Wood Badge and NYLT staff development, with a focus on the participant, while raising the skill a trainer brings to the staff experience.  It is a required course for Wood Badge and NYLT Staffers.

The session is approximately 8 hours in duration with 4 modules taught during the session.  Participants are expected to do a presentation on a Scouting topic of their choice.  Participants can bring materials or equipment for their presentation.

The event will be held in Brevard County at the Coastal Community Church - 5795 Falcon Blvd, Port St. John, FL 32927
