Timuqua District invites returning and new Cub Scout Families to the first Cub Scout Camp Out of the 2019-2020 year. This event is put on by the Volunteer Scouters of Volusia and Flagler Counties, and will be a great event for the whole family to enjoy. Whether your family choose to camp the whole weekend, or just come out for the day, your Scout will leave grinning ear to ear!

Saturday will feature our program elements, which will be structured for individual families and entire packs to enjoy. The day will be broken up into 10, 40 min rotations.

Your group (which will be designated upon arrival), will have 10 different rotations of activities. Each group will have the opportunity to shoot BB's and Archery during a morning rotation and afternoon rotation. Your other 6 rotations will encompass the following: Volusia County Sheriffs Officer Fingerprinting, Sling Shots, Field Games, Pack Time, Bobcat Academy, Camp Songs. Camp will also feature morning and evening flags, and campfire on Saturday night.

Only planning to come for the day?!? No Problem, because space is limited, and day visitors are welcome! We will help you find your pack, so you can have fun together. All Packs registered will have a designated area to set-up a campsite, or lunch canopy. Please bring a folding chair, ground cloth for seating. There are 3 options for meals for you and your family:

- #1 Check with your unit to see if they will be providing meals.

- #2- Bring a picnic lunch for you and your family if coming for the day and there is no pack option

- #3- We now have meal options cooked by a Scouts BSA Troop raising money for their new unit!

  • Saturday: Breakfast- $5 per person
  • Saturday: Lunch- $5 per person
  • Saturday: Dinner- $7 per person

Your registration fee includes: Patch for all Scouts attending, and  all programs and activities for the day, and of course the fee for the facility and materials

Camping is only $2 more per person for Friday and Saturday, but is limited to the first 150 registered campers. If you don't get to camp and feel you are missing out, we encourage all families to visit a weekend at Camp Lanoche for Cub Halloween (please be aware the last weekend typically maxes out as well). Visit CampLanoche.com to register.
