Please join us in celebrating our 2019 Timuqua District Scouting Year and our Eagle Scouts and our Outstanding leaders!

 We are privileged to honor all the Eagle Scouts, District Award of Merit Recipients, Cub Scout, Boy Scout and Venturing Leaders of the year as well as Commissioner of the Year. In addition, Advancement and Roundtable Attendance Awards will be presented. All Timuqua Scouters, and parents, and leaders are invited! Seating is limited so sign-up early to guarantee yourself a seat at the World Center of Racing.

Requested attire is either Class A dress uniform or Formal Attire. The theme of the evening is Be Bold! Watch your email & Facebook for more details.

All units are encouraged to decorate their tables with Scouting highlights from your units first year in the Timuqua district.

Dinner will be potluck Scouters & Parents bring your favorite dish. The link for our pot luck sign up is: TBD

Location:  (Enter Gate 40 off Williamson Blvd directly behind Home Depot. Approach the security guard, tell him the event you are here to attend. Turn left after the guard station. Continue around and through the Ticket Plaza. Drive into the tunnel. Upon exiting continue driving on the access round which turns to the right and parallels the race track. Lake Lloyd will appear on your right side. You will approach a cross road with the Costa Boardwalk Club on your right, turn right and park inside the fenced in lot adjacent to the lake.  Exit the same way as you entered the property).
