Challenger District BALOO (Pack leaders) and IOLS (Troop/Crew/Ship leaders) Training will take place on 12-13 Apr. 2025 at KARS Park.

Please register to reserve a spot!  This will involve one overnight camping event.  
You will need to bring your BSA health form A/B with you to the event.  Once registered, you will receive the program packet, schedule, and further info for the training.  There is no cost to those registering within Central Florida Council.  Food will be provided.

Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS): gives adult leaders the practical knowledge they need to help Scouts to learn outdoor skills. The skills presented closely follow the Boy Scout Handbook and rank advancement requirements.

Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO): is a training event that introduces parents and leaders to the skills needed to plan and conduct pack outdoor activities.
