All scouts deserve a trained leader! The Challenger District Spring Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) and Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) training will take place March 25-26.  This is perfect timing for those needing to work on current Wood Badge ticket goals and also to prep our new leaders for the upcoming year's campouts and camporees.

 BALOO is a required training for any Cub Scout den or pack outdoor event, including pack overnighters and Webelos den overnighters.  
 IOLS is required for all Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters, and Crew Advisors.  However, any BSA-related leader is welcome and encouraged to attend these highly useful training events.
