Tipisa's annual Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) program is the premiere leader training opportunity for Arrowmen within Tipisa Lodge. This event is open to all members, but is particularly designed for Lodge and Chapter officers, committee chairmen, and their respective advisers. There is no fee and lunch will be provided. Please register as a courtesy for meal and event planning.

In addition to training, this event provides an opportunity for members to meet Brothers from around the lodge, learn new ideas and best practices, and work together with their chapter to develop their leadership and collaborative skills.

The Tipisa Lodge Annual Banquet will be held following the LLD. Share in the successes of the Lodge as we present awards and celebrate accomplishments of the 2022-2023 program year.

Guests and family of members are welcome. Any lodge member and/or their guest is also invited to attend the banquet, without dining, for no fee.

• LLD - $0.00 Includes the LLD program and Lunch is provided
• Banquet - $16.00 - Catered-meal dining. Non-member friends and family members are welcome as registered "Guests." 
• Banquet - $ 0.00 - No Dining

Attire: Tipisa members - full Field Uniform and Sash.  Guests - business casual (or better).
