SPRING BREAK ADVENTURE: "POSEIDON'S ODYSSEY"

Explore the many facets of water during this Spring Break Adventure coming to you in 2023! Take your own harrowing odyssey at Camp La-No-Che and live the life of Poseidon as your journey with your crew of fellow Scouts across the state of Florida in adventure after adventure of H2O thrills and spills.


DATE:

  • March 13-17th (DATE CHANGE)

PROGRAM DETAILS:

Meet your crew and begin your journey on day #1 at Camp La-No-Che. Take part in the logistical planning of your odyssey, safety prep, and storing of your perishable and non-perishable food and gear! Then set out on days of adventures:

- Tube down local Springs
- Explore Daytona Beach
- Canoe Florida Rivers
- Ski & Motorboat Lake Norris
- Additional Excursion in works
    ~Fishing, Sailing, or Water-park 

The possibilities are endless with Camp La-No-Che’s central location on Florida’s Peninsula.

Registration includes all food, transportation, and activities during your stay at camp and while offsite. Our staff will make all arrangements, and ensure your odyssey is filled with adventure, fun, and fellowship no matter your age!


EARLY REGISTRATION FEES:

  • SCOUTS: $300-400 (ESTIMATED COST)
  • PROVO: $300-400 (ESTIMATED COST)
  • ADULTS: $300-400 (ESTIMATED COST)

(must be paid 30 days prior to event)


ON-TIME REGISTRATION FEES:

  • SCOUTS: $300-400 (ESTIMATED COST)
  • PROVO: $300-400 (ESTIMATED COST)
  • ADULTS: $300-400 (ESTIMATED COST)

(paid withing 29 days of event)


RESERVE YOUR CAMPSITE NOW:
Pay a Unit deposit of $100 to guarantee your campsite preference 


PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION:
A $50 per Scout non-refundable deposit is due at registration
(all fees must be paid 30 days before your camp starts)


PROVISIONAL CAMPING:
If your Unit is not able to attend camp look no further than the Provisional Camper Program! Provisional offers a unique experience for Scouts to come together from different cities, councils, or even states to meet one another and have a great experience! 

All programs are available to Provisional (Provo) Scouts as if they attended with their unit and we provide adult leadership to watch over them throughout their stay! The additional cost for Provo helps offset the cost for thier two-deep leadership, and additional Troop Time Activities just for Provo Scouts. A complete list of these Activities and Troop Time schedule will be provided in the  Program Guide for Scouts and parents to review.


ADDITIONAL PROGRAM FEES:
Camp La-No-Che does not charge additional Camp Fees for the vast majority of programs! The only exceptions are some Troop Time Activities. 


CUSTOMIZABLE GEAR (ONLINE TRADING POST):
Returning this year, Camp La-No-Che offers customizable camp gear that can be ordered online and shipped to your door. Choose from T-shirts, Wicking Shirts, Long Sleeve Shirts, and Hoodies. Order by February 12th, 2023 and have the order shipped right to your door in time for your event printed with your unit number.

REFUNDS:
All deposits paid, either for campsite or participant are non-refundable deposits. To request a refund of other monies paid, you must submit a refund request form and meet the criteria listed in order to receive a potential refund. HEALTH & SAFETY:

The health and safety of our Scouting family will always be our top priority and Camp La-No-Che is prepared to provide a safe, fun environment for your Scouts. Our team has worked with multiple Council Committees to provide guidelines aimed at keeping everyone in attendance safe and healthy. Please be sure to review the Leader and Parent Guide for additional information, as well as the Program Guide when posted for programs and activities.
