Webelos & Arrow of Lights will experience the Boy Scouting Adventure to gain a glimpse of what it will be like to be a Boy Scout. Activities will be led by local Boy Scout troops, giving you a chance to engage and get to know troops from all around the council. Parents will have a special gathering just for them! This meeting will provide information needed for a successful transition from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts plus information on how you can stay involved at the Boy Scout level.
Cost: $20 per person until November 22, 2018
$22 per person November 23 - December 6 , 2018
$24 per person Day of Event - December 7 -8, 2018
Fee includes program and camping.
No camp tents available and only one room in the shelter available. Please bring your own tents!!
Arrival: Friday between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. or
Saturday starting at 7:30 a.m.
Program: Begins Saturday at 8:15 a.m. (rain or shine)
Activities: Boy Scout methods, displays and information to get Webelos, Arrow of Lights and adults ready for Boy Scouts! Specific activities include: Fire Building, Camping, Cooking, Scout Skills, First Aid and Orienteering. Plus Dutch Oven Desserts!
This event is for Webelos, Arrow of Lights and their parents ONLY (Sorry, no siblings on this event). However, siblings and lower ranking scouts may attend Cub Holiday being held the same weekend at Camp La-No-Che. You may register them separately using this link to Cub Holiday:
Bring and cook your own food or pre-purchase meals in the W.T. Bland Dining Hall during the online registration process.
The Jack Jennings Trading Post offers hot dogs, pizza, candy, ice cream, soft drinks, craft items, patches, Scout merchandise, t-shirts and sundries.
All events have a maximum capacity, so please register early!
Please remember that pets, alcohol and firearms are not permitted on Camp Property.
