Fees

• On-time Registration    $50          09/01/26 - 11/06/26 at 11:59 pm
• Late Registration          $60          11/07/26 - 11/09/26 at 11:59 pm
• Optional Event Patch   $  5          (One per member w/registration)

All attendees must:

• Be actively registered in Scouting  (Walk-ins are not permitted)
• Bring paper copies of their Part A & B medical forms with them to check in.
• Per national policy: “No form. No stay.”
• Adults must be SYT-current

(Staff Advisers will be asked to confirm that all participants meet the registration and SYT requirements, as appropriate, before the event.)
