2022 Lab 4548 STEM Scout Spring Registration

STEM Scouts tinker, explore and get creative doing hands-on activities in biweekly Lab meetings and occassional field trips. They try new things as they work with others, lead teams, communicate results and work with people in STEM careers.
STEM Scouts was designed by scientists from Oak Ridge National Laboratory to prepare girls and boys for a future of STEM literacy. Each year, we have 20 hands-on activities and accompanying kits for 5 modules or themes for youth in grades 3-5, and youth in grades 6-8 to explore together in Labs.
When/Where do we meet?
The Lab will meet in-person between October - June. The meeting location has been determined (Frederick, Maryland) but the day of the week/time will be determined based on the preferences of the forming lab members. If you have a preference, please let us know!
If you have any questions, please reach out to:
- Lab Manager Talisha Kellogg at 443-494-9512
