Colonial District Fall Camporee and Webelos Ree

October 20-22, 2023 | American Legion Youth Camp, Cheltenham, MD
Friday Arrival: 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Sunday Departure: Before 11:00 a.m.

Theme: Conservation

 

The Colonial District is pleased to welcome units to our fall Camporee and Webelos Ree. 

Theme this year will be conservation-oriented. There will be an inter-unit competition related to this theme. Further program details will be released closer to the event.

Webelos and AOL Scouts are invited to visit the camporee Troop campsites on Saturday, October 21, beginning at 4:00 p.m. The Webelos will be conducting their Webelos Ree at the Youth Camp the same weekend.

Webelos and AOL Dens/Patrols are encouraged to arrange dinner with a Scouts BSA Troop and attend the evening campfire activity with them. Please review these adventures and their requirements as some will be done as part of the activities within the unit. Webelos and Arrow of Light Dens are asked to arrive Saturday morning between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Please note that Webelos and Arrow of Light Dens are welcome Friday night, but there is no program for those youth Friday night. 

The Camporee early bird registration fee is $25.00 for both youth and adults. This will rise to $30 on September 30th, staff pricing will stay $25.

The Webelos Ree early bird registration fee is $10.00 for youth and $25.00 for adults. This will rise to $15 and $30 respectivley beginning September 30th.
