Presentation: Join me for a conversation about makes the Appalachian Trail (A.T.) one of the most iconic hiking trails in the world and why it's worth protecting. I'll talk about some of the visitor use trends and patterns we are currently seeing on the A.T. and some of the challenges the Appalachian Trail Conservancy and its management partners face in protecting the A.T. hike experience.
