2026 Annual Business Meeting

Please join us at National Capital Area Council's 2026 Annual Business Meeting.

Highlights of the meeting include:

  • Voting for the approval of NCAC’s 2026 Nominating Committee Slate, which will outline individuals selected to serve as Council Members-At-Large, Advisory Council, Executive Board, Executive Committee members (Council Officers) and Local Council Representatives to BSA National Council.
  • Review of 2025 Program Impact and Annual Report
  • Presentation of the 2026-28 Strategic Plan
  • Installation of all elected voting members
  • Recognition of outgoing Executive Committee (Council Officers) members

Voting members of the Council are strongly encouraged to attend; a quorum is required to approve the annual business items. Voting members include Chartered Organization Representatives, Executive Board Members, Executive Committee Officers, District Chairs, and Council Members-at-Large.
