Highlights of the meeting include:

• Voting for the approval of NCAC’s 2024 Nominating Committee Slate, which will outline individuals selected to serve as Council Members-At-Large, Advisory Board, Executive Board, Executive Committee members (Council Officers) and Local Council Representatives to BSA National Council.
• Review of 2023 Program Impact and Annual Report
• Update on the 2023-25 Strategic Plan
• Installation of all elected voting members
• Recognition of outgoing Executive Committee (Council Officers) members

Voting members of the Council are strongly encouraged to attend; a quorum is required to approve the annual business items. Voting members include Chartered Organization Representatives, Executive Board Members, Executive Committee Officers, District Chairs, and Council Members-at-Large.
