Join fellow Scouters to launch an unforgettable new school year—get the tools, energy, and inspiration you need to grow your pack or troop! Pick up essential materials, share ideas, and bring in the next wave of Lions, Tigers, Wolves, Bears, Scouts BSA, Post or Crew members. Let’s make your program shine brighter than ever!

What: This is a two-part program. 

• The first part will be devoted to training, planning, and sharing tips for making your fall Cubs and Scouts BSA recruitment campaign a success.
• The balance of the retreat is an open-ended forum to share ideas and thoughts about what's going well and what's not in your unit and how units and the district can better support each other.
   

When: Sunday, June 1st, 3 pm to 5 pm

Where: Transfiguration Parish, 13925 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring.

Who Should Attend:  This event is for Committee Chairs, Cubmasters, Scoutmasters, Chartered Organization Reps, Membership Coordinators, and anyone looking to help your unit grow and excel.

The meeting will begin indoors and transition to outside (weather permitting), so bring a chair, a beverage, and dress for the weather. Snacks will be provided.

Recruitment material, including yard signs, pencils, signup sheets, and more, will be distributed at the event.

Registration closes at 11:59 pm on May 30th.
