White Oak District Tiger Hunt 2022

What: Tiger Hunt is a fun activity to learn about Scouting. It will be co-located with WEBELOS Weekend so that you will be able to see WEBELOS and Scouts in action and visit some of their events such as: a model campsite, a rope bridge, and Scout cooking methods. You will also complete some of the requirements for your Bobcat badge and learn more about being a Tiger Scout. Please register by October 17 at 7 pm.

Who:  New Tigers as well as current Wolves (since this event was not held in 2020) and an adult Partner for all Scouts. EACH TIGER and WOLF MUST HAVE THEIR OWN PERSONAL ADULT. (Twins may share a parent, but otherwise each Tiger and Wolf must be with their own adult partner!)

When:  Saturday, October 22, 2022; From 1:00 pm until 5:15 pm

Where:  Our House, 19715 Zion Rd, Brookeville, MD 20833. Same location as Webelos Weekend.

Planning:

If you have any COVID symptoms, please DO NOT attend this event.

1. Individuals (Tiger/Wolf & Partner) MAY register INDIVIDUALLY or with your Pack. Both parents may attend this event with their Scout, but please do not bring along any other age children.

2. Walk-ins are allowed.

3. Dress for being active outdoors and for the day’s weather (rain or shine). Be prepared!

4. Bring water to drink and a light snack to eat.

5. Tigers/Wolves should ideally be registered through a PACK point-of-contact person who will be at the event. Parents who register separately need to make contact with their PACK leader to coordinate.
