Registration for the 2018 Powhatan Chapter Fall Ordeal and Brotherhood Weekend

Registration:
- All registrations must be completed online
- Gather this information before starting your registration
     - OA #
     - BSA #
     - OA Chapter
     - Name, Address, Email (one that is read), Phones
     - Allergies/medical/dietary restrictions

- There will be a $5.00 late fee for registrations after October 31

- Registration closes - November 6

Check-In Time:  Friday 6:30-9:00 pm, Ordeal candidates must check-in by 8:30

Check Out Time:  Sunday 10:00 am

Notice to all candidates:  All Ordeal candidates that have been elected during the election period (November 1, 2017, to May 31, 2018) should have received a written notice confirming their candidacy and an invitation to attend the upcoming Ordeal from their chapter.  You have one year from the date of your election to complete your Ordeal.

Notice to Elangomats: As an Elangomat, you agree to volunteer to lead candidates during the entire Ordeal Weekend.  Those wishing to be an Elangomat need to contact Mr. Rea for the password to register at no cost.

Notice to all Brotherhood candidates:  If you have been a member of the Order of the Arrow for at least ten months, you are eligible to seal your Brotherhood membership.  There will be a Brotherhood ceremony on Saturday evening.  If you are not planning on registering for the full weekend, you may register as a day participant or for the feast only.  Please plan to arrive at camp by 3:00 pm.

Notice to all Order of the Arrow members:  All active OA members are encouraged to register.  An active Order of the Arrow member is currently registered with BSA and has paid 2018 Lodge dues.  If your dues are not current, you can pay them online: https://scoutingevent.com/082-OA2018Dues

BSA Health & Medical Record Form required for all lodge/chapter events.  All Order of the Arrow members/candidates who attend the Ordeal MUST complete the medical form.  (It is the first one on this page; it is used for activities of less than 72 hours and does not require a doctor’s signature.)  

BRING THE COMPLETED HEALTH & MEDICAL RECORD FORM WITH A PHOTOCOPY OF BOTH SIDES OF YOUR INSURANCE CARD TO THE ORDEAL, IF THE FAMILY DOES NOT HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE STATE "NONE".
