A few items to note for Saturday:

-check-in will run from 9am to 11am and races will begin at 1pm; Scouts do not have to be present during check in.  

-We will have a scale set up for you to weigh your Scout's car prior to check in and a pit area to make adjustments to the car's weight as necessary.  This scale will be identical to the one used at check in, however, the scale at the check in table is the official scale.    

-Please write the racers name and pack number on the bottom of the car with a sharpie.  This will help us track the cars and ensure we get the cars back to their owners.  If you're not able to pick up your Pack's cars (or the owner of the car is not able to pick up his/her car) at the end of the race, please contact me to make arrangements.

-Volunteers needed! If you or someone in your Pack is able to help with setting up and/or tearing down the track or shuttling cars during the race, please sign up here - https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0C4EA4A92CABF4C34-54320871-pwd2025#/

-we would like several scouts to help with opening flags.  Please contact Vince Bonifera if your Pack is interested.
