BALOO TRAINING for NEW CUB SVCOUT LEADERS OR PARENT VOLUNTEERS
March 26-27, 2022 Camp Snyder, Haymarket, VA
Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) Camping is an essential part of Scouting, and BALOO is an essential part of Cub Scout camping. In fact, BALOO trained leadership is required for a Pack or Webelos den camp out. BALOO is an overnight experience filled with practical information for Scouters to lead fun, meaningful, and safe camping experiences for the BSA’s youngest campers. Training is conversational with a few demonstrations, show-and-tells, and a handful of hands-on work. It is geared to Cub Scouting.
