December 8-9, 2018
Camp WB Snyder
Participant Cost: $45 (incudes campsite fees and all meals)
Working as patrols, this hands-on course provides adult leaders the practical outdoor skills they need to lead Scouts in the out-of-doors. Upon completion, leaders should feel comfortable teaching Scouts the basic skills required to obtain the First Class rank. Along with Scoutmaster Specifics this course is required of all direct contact leaders registered in Boy Scout Troops and Varsity Scout Teams, in order to be considered “trained”.
This course starts on Saturday morning and ends on Sunday early afternoon and participants are expected to participate during the entire course schedule. On option is available to come out on Friday evening and camp out an extra night, but this is only optional at no additional cost, please let the course director know by email if you are planning to camp Friday evening.
