Welcome to the 2025 Klondike Derby: Polar Pirates Adventure!

Set sail for adventure in the icy expanse of the Northern Wilderness, where a legendary crew of “Polar Pirates” once hid their greatest treasures in a frozen stronghold. Now, Scouts from far and wide are called to navigate the Polar Pirate Trail, testing their skills, leadership, and teamwork to uncover the secrets of this frosty frontier.

What Awaits You:

Skill and Leadership Challenges: Stations along the trail will test your Scout skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Only the most prepared teams will conquer the Arctic challenges!

Sled Race Showdown: Compete head-to-head with your sleds in a thrilling race across the snow to see which team is the fastest and most coordinated.

Pirate Cook-Off: Channel your inner ship’s cook as your team crafts a dish in the ultimate “Pirate Stew Challenge.”  Weave a pirate tale of daring and adventure, incorporate a 'mystery ingredient' into your dish, and impress the judges with your culinary and storytelling creativity.

Camping & Camaraderie: Enjoy up to two nights of camping, a roaring campfire, and a reflective Scouts’ Own Service.

Gear up for an unforgettable weekend of cold-weather adventure, skill-building, and teamwork! Whether you brave the trail for a single day or stay the whole weekend, every Scout will walk away with tales of daring deeds, frosty fun, and maybe even a treasure or two.
