This course covers the Intro to Leaderships Skills for Troops (ILST), Intro to Leaderships Skills for Ships (ILSS), and Intro to Leaderships Skills for Crews (ILSC). Please indicate your program by selecting the registrant type that corresponds with your unit.
 

Hosted at Ebenezer UMC in Stafford, this training will help you to become a better leader in your unit, personnel life, and beyond. It will also introduce you to exciting new opportunities in Scouting such as NYLT, the Venturing Officers Association, and Sea Scouts.This training can complete requirements for various ranks. It's a great way to meet new friends from across the District and Council. So come join a top notch team of trainers and learn what it takes to be a Servant Leader. 

Requirements to attend:

• Be registered in a Troop, Ship or Crew.
• Hold or desire to hold a leadership position in Scouting.
• Recommended to be First Class, Apprentice or Venture, not required.
• Be willing to bring the knowledge learned back to your unit.
